From a perspective of co-construction (Psychology undergraduate students and university teachers, supervised by Prof. Dr. Augusta Gaspar) and from a YPAR (Youth-Led Participatory Action Research; Ozer, 2016) perspective, with students in the lead, encouraging their social participation and active citizenship, we aim for: 

• The development of awareness-raising content (built on the results of the studies Health Behaviour in School-aged Children 2022/Portugal and Observatory of Psychological Health and Well-Being; scientific supervision  by Professor Margarida Gaspar de Matos), and the promotion of literacy in psychological health and well-being; 
• The conducting of two actions in face-to-face format, to promote literacy in psychological health and well-being aimed at secondary school students, identified in the above studies as having lower psychological health and well-being. 

The Dream Teens (Aventura Social team), a YPAR initiative, will provide support in the work methodology.
