The theme of the event will focus on advancing the conversation on health and well-being to include lived experiences of adolescents & youth and strengthen their movement for youth affirmative and inclusive implementation of policies and programmes that are relevant for them. 

The overarching objective of the event is to demonstrate the potential of adolescent-youth engagement in the framework, policies, and programming related to Adolescent Well-Being (AWB) domains. This platform will also expand the dialogue around the scope of health and well-being of adolescents, encompassing various crucial aspects such as mental health, safety, supportive environments, employability, and agency. 

The facilitated workshops will emphasise situating the realities of adolescents and youth within their intersectional contexts and how that impacts their wellbeing. An essential aspect of the event's objective is to break down echo chambers, encouraging meaningful dialogue among adolescents, youth, and decision-makers.
