The program has implemented a SHIFT of power to the youth intervention, The goal of the intervention is to support meaningful youth participation and collective transformative action, allowing young people to be their own agents of change and hold service providers accountable. 

Shift is an empowering campaign accelerator program, designed to uplift young activists aged 15-25 years in crafting and executing impactful public campaigns for social or environmental change. The "SHIFT Facilitators Training - The SHIFT Model Campaign" was a transformative 3-day event molding them into adept SHIFT Facilitators. 

The training delved into campaign understanding, identifying gender inequality as a pressing concern and barriers to girls' education as the rightsized problem. The youths identified gender inequality as a big issue and negative attitude of family head to continue girls’ education they identified as right size problem. 

They prepared an action plan and the campaign will be implemented in October 2023. The SHIFT campaign provides a platform for young people to self-mobilize, raise their voices, and take action to influence their society positively. 

SHIFT is an empowering campaign accelerator program, designed to uplift young activists aged 15-25 years in crafting and executing impactful public campaigns for social or environmental change. The initiative leverages emerging digital platforms to facilitate young voices and mobilize audiences effectively.
