The Impact Health Organization is planning to host a panel discussion, in Torit, South Sudan focusing on the needs and priorities of adolescents and young individuals regarding their education, employment opportunities, health concerns, and protection from violence.
The aim of the panel is to explore ways to enhance the quality of education and its accessibility for all people in South Sudan. Additionally, it will delve into strategies to create job opportunities for them while improving the skills necessary for success in the workforce.
Furthermore, the panel will address the challenges faced by people concerning healthcare access specifically targeting issues like HIV/AIDS, malaria, and malnutrition and finding solutions to improve healthcare provision for this age group. Lastly, it aims to discuss measures against forms of violence that affect young people in South Sudan such as sexual violence, gender-based violence, and armed conflicts.
The focus will be, on devising strategies to protect them from harm and ensure their safety.
